On Thursday, March 30, Printemps numérique celebrates the launch of its fourth edition under
the theme Montréal Fashion Tech at the McCord Museum. The 2016 edition was an unprecedented success:more than halfa million people took part in 282 digital creativity activities proposed by 269 partner organizations. For its fourth
edition, Printemps numérique is counting on your participation. Come celebrate this new edition and keep an eye on the activity calendar,which will be unveiled shortly. The 5à 9 at the McCord – Montréal FashionTech is organizedby

- in collaboration with La Presse+. On the program: artistic performances, including Fashion Mapping, an original projection unveiling a sound-and-light creation by MAPP MTL and Cégep
- Marie-Victorin; live painting by Montréal artistMarie-Chloé Duval, whose work on the future of fashion can
- be won during the evening; and a house set by ROUX Soundsystem followed by the duo AndFriends. Smart fashion creationwill include a men’s 3D fashion scan with tailor Nathon Kong and his new made-to-measure suit concept with a customizable
- inner pocket; a contest with Whatisadam to win a made-to-measure suit asimagined by the famous urban artist; high-fashion shoes by AnastasiaRadevich, from 3D modellingto
- handmade production; and an interactive fitting room by Stefanka, which uses 3D scanning to
offer clothing
- recommendations adapted to your curves and fit preferences. Visitors can try it to find the perfect Lilianne Lingerie bra or the
- ideal Le 31 shirt from Simons. Simonsand Lilianne Lingerie prizes will be available
- on site. The next generation of Fashion Tech will present the FuturisticFashion
- 1967-2017 collection created by students from the Cégep Marie-Victorin fashion school and the
Computer Science
- and Mathematics
program at Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, at the initiative of Vestechpro and in collaboration with VTÉ. Le Rhinocéros by
Phi will offer a pop-up decor by a Montréal designer and a special
- upcycling product selection with a
15% discount. Around wearables, spend a memorable evening with the klik
smart bracelet byPixMob, a connected objectthat lets you interactwith the spaceand
the people around you. Also take part in
a virtual creation workshop with Imagine 360°,
an introduction to sensors with Vestechpro and VTÉ, and experience music through the
SUBPACvest. Original guided tours
will look at Expo 67 fashion, modernity versus conformity, and identity through
the First Peoples collection. The evening will also include themed bars, bites,
member benefits, presale
and general admission details, and aspecial Young McCord membershipoffer.
