#lunchIS Will Bring Québec Social Innovation to the Twittersphere

#lunchIS,the new initiative that will amplify social innovation in Québec, was launched on Thursday, December 4. Initiated by PROJEKTAE and the Réseau québécois en innovation sociale (RQIS), and hosted by ZEBREA Média, #lunchIS invites actors in social innovation to meet, on Twitter on the first Thursday of every month, a leading figure in the field who will share experience and resources live during the lunch hour. The monthly meeting starts strong with Christine Renaud, president and co-founder of E-180, as the first guest.

Between the real

and the virtual. #lunchIS is a
series of real encounters with inspiring social innovators that will bridge the real and virtual worlds in order to propel social innovation. On one side, the guest will share a point of view on their journey and on current issues in the sector while offering advice over a meal with the event hosts. On the other, the hashtag #lunchIS will become the meeting point for the whole community to question the guest and to learn, share and exchange ideas about social innovation in Québec. Actors, project leaders, users, funders, support partners, journalists and bloggers will all be able to make their voices heard and ask the questions burning on

their lips.

• on the first Thursday of every month using the hashtag #lunchIS so that their comments and questions appear in the discussion feed, and use
