Looking back at the first edition of the ICI ARTV grants. The first
edition of the ICI ARTV Grants Program was
a real success. One need only look at the originality and creativity of the selected works that have adorned the ARTVstudio interactive window over the past months. Magnet by Mathieu Le Sourd is one example: https://vimeo.com/123867330. Beginning in September 2014,
artistFred Trétout presented FACETS,
a drawing interface that seeks to free the unconscious through creative gesture. A few months later, Mathieu Le Sourd created MAGNET, combining real-time sound processing with 3D generative visuals. Currently, the interactive window features CANTIQUE NO3 by the renowned artist Marie Chouinard, a participatory work offering two players the opportunity toproduce a musical event in real time. Finally, starting in June, visitors will be able to see and interact with RENCONTRES IMAGINAIRES, the work of the collectiveScenocosme.
