Autumn Is Heating Up at Printemps numérique!
In addition to beginning work on the third edition in 2016, Printemps numérique is ensuring its long-term future through the creation of the non-profit organization Printemps numérique. This new step gives the initiative a more stable structure and allows it to continue developing
beyond the seasonal event. After a successful second edition and a significant increase in participation, the creation of a non-profit organization confirms the
desire to
make Printemps numérique a lasting player in Montréal’s digital creativity ecosystem. The autumn is therefore busy and full of promise. The team is preparing the next edition while consolidating partnerships, clarifying its mission and imagining new ways to support and promote digital culture. The objective is to connect artists, organizations, institutions, companies and the public around a shared platform. Printemps numérique’s role is not only to present events. It also helps make visible the forces already present in Montréal and Québec, encourages collaboration, and contributes to the city’s positioning as a creative and innovative metropolis. With this new organizational structure, the movement is ready togrow andto prepare an evenstronger 2016edition.
